RTO-400 is an automatic lead-forming and component transfer machine designed for handling and feeding TO56, TO46, and TO38 components. It features lead forming, component transfer, lead collection, and flipping capabilities.

Machine Overview:
RTO-400 is a robotic handling platform based on an automated control system, capable of transferring small components with a wide range of adaptability.
Operators place incoming materials (chip trays, blue films) onto the incoming material workstation.
After activating the automatic functions, the system performs the following steps:
The robot moves the upper recognition CCD above the chip tray to identify the position and orientation of the components.
The robot nozzle picks up the components based on the system information.
The robot nozzle moves the components above the lower recognition CCD for a secondary verification of the components’ orientation and position.
After the system calibrates the components’ position and orientation based on recognition data, the robot places the components onto the blue film at specified coordinates and angles.
